1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to webme.ie (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, custom-built AI employee systems, call diversions, scheduling syncs, and reputation automations (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our website and Services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

2. AI Services Disclaimer & Limitations

Our Services deploy autonomous, conversational AI models designed to replicate receptionist, booking, and administrative tasks. Because AI utilizes automated natural language processing:

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcription, voice interpretation, customer qualifying, or system triggers.
  • We are not liable for any booking overlaps, missed inquiries, system outages, or misinterpretations of pricing/terms communicated by the AI to callers.
  • Firms must regularly monitor synced calendars, lead folders, and CRM pipelines to ensure administrative accuracy.

3. SMS & A2P 10DLC Compliance Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting forms (such as demo requests or contact forms) on webme.ie, you consent to receive automated notifications, confirmation messages, and promotional texts from us.

  • Opt-In Consent: Submit of forms represents explicit opt-in consent to receive automated notifications. Consent data and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communication will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the sending number. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS confirm to verify that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that line.
  • Help (HELP): For assistance or support details regarding SMS delivery, you can reply with the keyword "HELP", or contact us directly at peter@webme.ie.
  • Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or from you. Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and inquiries.

4. Proprietary Rights

All proprietary conversational scripts, customized prompt files, system routing logic, website designs, and assets created by webme.ie remain the sole intellectual property of webme.ie. Upon active payment of your service subscription, we grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the deployed AI employee systems for your business operations.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Upkeep

Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis (e.g., €250/mo for Front-Desk package). Payment must be maintained to keep telephony lines, integrations, and database hosting active. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upkeep, adjustments, and prompt calibrations are fully managed and included in your active plan.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
